WEB SITE ACCESS CONTROL EXAMPLE:  Multi Party Authorization is shown applied as a Premium Service for a web content filter called The Browser Buddy.  MPA is used by this application to enable users to request new sites be added to an allowed list for internet viewing through a browser.  This is one example of the use of MPA to control access to resources and information.
